Aggregate Storage Bin
An aggregate storage bin stores sand, gravel and crushed-stone fractions before weighing and transfer into the concrete batching process.
Compartment Configuration
Bins can be divided into multiple compartments so different aggregate sizes or materials remain separated. The number and volume of compartments are selected according to recipe requirements, plant capacity and available site area.
Discharge and Weighing
Aggregate is discharged from each compartment through gates or feeding devices into a weighing hopper or weighing belt. The automation system controls the required quantity for each recipe.

The Turkish legacy article gives a very broad 30–600 m³ range. Aggregate-bin capacity is project-specific and should be taken from the actual MakMach plant configuration rather than treated as a universal range.
