Gyratory Crusher
A gyratory crusher reduces material by compression between a gyrating mantle and a stationary concave crushing surface. It is commonly used as a primary crusher in large-scale mining and quarry applications.
Use in Granite Crushing
For granite and other hard rock, a gyratory crusher may be selected for primary crushing where feed size and required capacity justify the equipment. Product leaving the primary crusher is normally processed further by downstream crushing and screening stages.
The Turkish legacy article contains a generic 40 t/h capacity statement. That figure is not treated as a universal gyratory-crusher capacity because actual capacity varies substantially by machine model, feed and operating conditions.
