Vibrating Screen Systems
Vibrating screens classify crushed or processed material according to particle size. In a crushing and screening plant, they separate the material stream into one or more product fractions before stockpiling, recirculation or washing.
Multi-Deck Screening
The Turkish source describes two-, three- and four-deck configurations. Each deck carries a screen media opening selected for the required product fraction.
How Does a Vibrating Screen Work?
A vibration mechanism moves the screen body while material travels across the screening surface. Particles smaller than the opening pass through the deck, while larger particles remain on top and move toward the discharge point.
