This Information Notice has been prepared in our capacity as Data Controller to inform customers who visit our website (makmach.com), receive quotations or use our products and services about methods of collecting personal data, purposes of processing, legal grounds and their rights.

- Customer Transaction Information: concrete batching plant, crusher and spare-part quotation/order details, requests and complaints.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed subject to the conditions stated in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for purposes listed in the Turkish source, including:
- carrying out order and quotation processes for concrete batching plants, crusher plants, silos, screw conveyors and spare parts;
- coordinating pre-sales and after-sales 24/7 technical service, maintenance-repair and remote-support services;
- organising stocked delivery and logistics/transport processes;
- managing finance, accounting, invoicing and customer-relations processes;
- fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legal and administrative regulations; and
- improving website security, performance and user experience.
4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
The Turkish source states that personal data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5 of KVKK:
- Establishment and Performance of a Contract: conducting quotation, order and delivery processes.
- Legal Obligation: issuing invoices, maintaining financial records and making statutory notifications.
- Legitimate Interest: supporting customer satisfaction, website security and service quality.
- Explicit Consent: marketing activities and use of non-essential analytics cookies.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Collected personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to authorised public institutions and organisations (such as the Revenue Administration and judicial authorities) to fulfil legal obligations and to logistics providers, cargo companies and authorised technical-service partners for spare-part delivery and installation processes.
6. Rights of the Data Subject Under KVKK
Under Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have rights including:
- learning whether personal data is processed;
- requesting information if personal data has been processed;
- learning the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose;
- learning third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad;
- requesting correction where personal data is incomplete or inaccurate;
- requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of KVKK; and
- requesting compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of personal data.
